Infofit — Felix Go-Live

Overview

Felix is ready for the final site installation. This page sets out the small, reversible change required to make him available to Infofit visitors.

01

Ready for launch

01

Felix is ready for Infofit visitors

Open Felix

Ready

Felix is configured for Infofit and has been reviewed for knowledge and tone. He can help visitors understand pathways, prerequisites, certificates, course options, and other common Infofit questions.

Go-live outcome

Once installed, Felix will be available from Infofit’s website on desktop and mobile.

02

The installation is a small site-wide embed

Deployment method

The website needs one footer snippet: <script src="https://chatbot-frontend-6zy.pages.dev/bundle?tenant=infofit" defer></script>.

What this does not change

It does not change Infofit products, checkout, course pages, or the site theme.

02

Go-live steps

01

Add Felix through WordPress

Infofit WordPress admin

Required access

An Infofit WordPress administrator can add the footer snippet through the existing code-insertion tool, such as WPCode, Header Footer Code Manager, or Elementor Custom Code.

Action

Add the snippet at the end of the body across the entire site, then publish it. Theme source files do not need to be edited.

02

Test the live site together

Infofit website

Verification

We will confirm that the launcher appears on the homepage and a course page, opens correctly on desktop and mobile, and answers a few known Infofit questions as expected.

Completion

Once those checks pass, Felix is live.

03

The change is reversible

Rollback

Felix is hosted and maintained by flexchat. The WordPress-side change is one footer snippet.

If needed

Disabling or removing that snippet removes the launcher immediately without changing the rest of the website.
